As part of our ongoing product development and supply chain collaboration efforts, we recently welcomed core partners and VIP clients for a series of in-depth visits and working sessions. These engagements focused on strengthening long-term cooperation, accelerating product development, and laying a solid foundation for the growth of our 2026 product portfolio.
During the visits, partners and clients participated in factory walkthroughs and hands-on development discussions, gaining a closer understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, quality control processes, and integrated supply chain structure. Rather than serving as simple introductions, these sessions were working-oriented and execution-driven, with discussions centered on materials, construction methods, cost optimization, and scalability.
A key outcome of this collaboration was the review and advancement of more than 50 product samples across a wide range of design categories. The volume and diversity of samples reflect our ability to manage complex, multi-category supply chains while maintaining clarity, speed, and consistency throughout the development process. By advancing a large number of samples within a short development cycle, we provide our partners with greater flexibility, faster decision-making, and stronger cost control—without compromising on quality or design intent.
Throughout the process, we demonstrated a development model built around efficiency and value creation. High sample output, streamlined workflows, and stable quality standards allow us to deliver products that are competitive in the market while remaining cost-effective. This approach enables our partners to achieve more—faster timelines, reliable quality, and optimized pricing—through a single, coordinated supply chain framework.
An important focus of the recent supply chain visits was the rapid translation of European customer insights into actionable product development. Feedback gathered from European markets, including design preferences, comfort expectations, and price sensitivity, was efficiently converted into clear development directions for our supply partners. By shortening the distance between market demand and manufacturing execution, we continuously create high-value, cost-effective design products that respond directly to real customer needs.
These visits also form a critical part of our preparation for upcoming milestones, including European partner visits scheduled for January and our participation in the March CIFF Guangzhou exhibition. By aligning product development early and ensuring readiness across design, cost, and production, we are well positioned to present collections that are both visually compelling and commercially viable.
Through ongoing collaboration with partners and a disciplined approach to supply chain integration, we are laying a strong foundation for the growth of our 2026 product lineup. Our ability to deliver more samples, faster development cycles, consistent quality, and optimized cost structures reflects a clear commitment to long-term value creation. Looking ahead, we will continue to work closely with our partners to transform ideas into market-ready products and to build sustainable growth together.
